Terms Of Service
With this, as a customer you read and agree to all of my Terms of Service when ordered my any kind of Commission.
| A. | GENERAL |
| . | I can cancel the commission if i'm unable to do it. I will announce if i get a condition that will be slow the progress at my active social media. You can use the commission as such a pfp, edit, or anything that not break the rules of ToS |
| B. | PAYMENTS |
| . | Full Payment when the sketch have been fixed and only via Dana or Mandiri (Local) and Paypal or Vgen (Inter), i will continue when the payment has been send |
| C. | REVISIONS |
| . | I will ask your revision for every stage of sketch, base colour, and base shading. minor revisions is not limited and free but every major revision will charged depends how big the revision |
| D. | DEADLINES AND DELIVERY |
| . | There is no deadline for every commission but I will do the Commission max. 3 month of work and it will count when the commission started to work, not when in queue. You can look your commission progress at my spreadsheet. I work based on queue so please be patient. |
| E. | RESULT |
| . | Result of the commission will delivery through file and customer will get as digital format (PNG). |
| F. | USE |
| . | The price in catalogue is for personal use only. If the commercial use will be charged 2x of the normal price. |
| G | INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS |
| . | I will not give a watermark on every commission but please do not claim the art as is yours. I use the commission as my portofolio. Not using my art for anything that related with NFT and AI. When your commission is personal use DO NOT use it as commercial thingy |
| H. | REFUND |
| . | Refund is 20% from original price for every canceled commission that have been paid. |
